It has hand done embroidery work at the front neck and down the front

There is a spot on one side where the metal fabric has oxidized a bit and the edges show some minor grubbiness and wear

There is the occasional weak spot to the silk chiffon that lines the outer silk velvet but again the velvet itself is remarkably strong and stable
